The Nand Gokul Way

Crafted the way
nature intended.

Our process hasn't changed since the 1960s. We begin with pure buffalo milk collected fresh, the way it has always been done in the Godavari delta — cultured slowly into yogurt and left overnight, unhurried. Before dawn, the curd is hand-churned; the white butter rises and separates on its own, no shortcuts.

Then comes the slow simmer — a low flame, patient hands, and sixty years of knowing exactly when the gold is right. What you open is not just ghee. It is a morning ritual, unchanged across generations, from our facility in West Godavari to your kitchen table.
