2. Products & Availability

Every batch of our cow and buffalo ghee is crafted in small quantities using traditional methods. As a result, stock can be limited and availability may change without notice. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, where there is a suspected error, or where we are unable to fulfil delivery to your location.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through the methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and pack each one with care to protect the quality of the ghee in transit. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Quality

As a food product, ghee cannot be returned once opened, except where it is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. If something isn't right with your order, contact us at nandgokulghee@gmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving it and we'll set it right.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the site's operation.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content, images, or branding without our written permission.

8. Intellectual Property
